Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Order Processing and Shipping Times
In-Stock Items
- Orders for items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the receipt of payment.
Out-of-Stock Items
- For items that are not in stock, delivery times may vary between 5 to 30 working days after the receipt of payment.
- In most cases, out-of-stock items are shipped within 10 working days from payment.
Delivery Options
Standard Shipping
- By default, we use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders directly to your specified address.
Self-Managed Shipment
- Customers have the option to use their own shipping method by selecting the "Self-managed shipment" option during checkout. In this case:
- You are responsible for arranging and managing the shipment.
- Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will provide the necessary details to coordinate with your chosen carrier.
Pick-Up at Our Location
- For in-stock items, you may opt to pick up your order directly from our facility.
- To arrange this, please contact us in advance via phone or email for confirmation.
- We will confirm when your order is ready for collection and provide further instructions.
Additional Notes
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on carrier services, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
